This project involved a complete gut and remodel, along with six separate additions—including a new two-car garage—to a dated 1960s home set on a beautiful lot overlooking a public golf course. A dormer addition created substantial new space on the second floor and introduced more visually dynamic rooflines.

The first floor was completely reimagined. By opening up the kitchen and breakfast area to the living room and adding a new porch, we transformed a series of small, disconnected rooms into an open-concept layout—suited for everyday family living and entertaining large groups.

Explore our Before & After Gallery to see the transformation envisioned by the project architects and brought to life by our fellow craftspeople and subcontractors.
