Fulton Yards is a great East End coffee shop with a fun bar space at the covered outside deck and a patio open during the warmer months.  We worked on the project as project managers and general contractors.

Fulton Yards is our second project in Cincinnati's East End revival driven very much by the vision of Nick Motz Real Estate who introduced us to the owners of Fulton.  We worked for Nick initially as framing consultants for his High Mark Bar project, just down the road on Riverside Drive.
