This was our first time working with Wilcox Architecture, a great Cincinnati firm, owned by Tom Wilcox.  Tom designed an expansive screened-in porch, deck, and covered patio addition to a Mt Lookout home.

The client loves spending time outside with friends and family and the design added 450+ sq feet of covered, screened-in, 3 season living space opening to a large open air deck looking out over a beautiful back yard.  Additionally. the porch and deck serve as a roof over a 750+ sq. ft covered patio where family and guests gather late into the evening for summer time movies.
